VILLA NINIANGE

 Villa Niniange is a luxury house located in Orgeval, close to Paris and Versailles, which can comfortably accommodate eight people, with the possibility of using the daybeds in the cinema room as two extra beds.

It has four bedrooms, four bathrooms, a magnificent exterior, a finished basement, a kitchen and a large living space.

 Outdoor Space:
A magnificent, heated swimming pool measuring 10 x 4 meters with a depth of 1.5 meters awaits you to cool off.
An outdoor bar with a breathtaking view of the swimming pool invites you to sip cocktails while enjoying the relaxing ambiance.
A gas barbecue is at your disposal.
There are outdoor toilets near the swimming pool.
For evenings outdoors, a table can sit up to 10 guests.

Kitchen:
The fully equipped kitchen is a coffee lover’s paradise with a Nespresso Krups machine and a Senseo Philips machine (two options to satisfy all your tastes) and overlooks the swimming pool.

Living space:
The living room and dining room are bathed in light and overlook the swimming pool.
A separate work area is at your disposal.

Bedrooms:
A ground floor master suite offers a double shower with pool views and a wall-mounted TV.

Upstairs, you will find three bedrooms, including two suites (160 cm beds) with their adjoining bathroom. Separate toilets.
A fourth bedroom is also planned.
All the bedrooms upstairs have a view of the swimming pool.
A second bathroom.

Basement:
The high-end basement has a billiard table, a television with a bar and a fridge, an empty electric wine cabinet, and an arcade machine with more than 3,000 games await you.

Finally, a cinema room completes the basement facilities.
