A unique 140m² renovated villa in Le Vésinet, spanning two floors, will offer you a timeless experience.

Its fully equipped 2,000m² garden (including a BBQ, fire pit, outdoor furniture, and sun loungers) boasts a heated swimming pool available from March/April (depending on the weather).

The villa also includes a living room with a glass roof, opening onto the terrace, a fully equipped kitchen, and an office.

The villa is located near a property sometimes occupied by the owners (shared pool).

Ground floor
Bedroom 1, an office, a fully equipped kitchen (with a dishwasher, oven, fridge, induction hob, numerous storage spaces, coffee machine, kettle, toaster and crockery), a bench, and a table for breakfast, opening onto the garden. There is also a washing machine and a dryer.

The living room on the ground floor is 30m², open onto the terrace and garden, with a double entrance, two sofas, a Samsung The Serif TV, JVC audio equipment and a dining table that can accommodate up to six people.

Bedroom 1: A 160cm double bed, an ensuite bathroom, and a dressing room, with double French doors opening onto the garden and a private terrace.

Upstairs:
Bedroom 2: A 140cm double bed, ample storage space, and direct access to the bathroom, with a view of the garden.

Bedroom 3: Two 90cm single beds that can be joined together, an alcove, storage space, and direct access to the bathroom, with a view of the garden.

The 2,000m² garden has a 12×4 metre heated swimming pool available from March/April (depending on the weather), with outdoor furniture, sun loungers, a table for up to 12 people, a BBQ, and a fire pit.
