Stay in this elegant, recently renovated residence from the end of the 19th century located in Ville d’Avray, a stone’s throw from the Domaine national de Saint-Cloud.
The Domaine extends over several hectares and includes an exceptional park on the outskirts of Paris. It used to be the place where princes and royal and imperial families spent their holidays.
Villa Pradier covers 285 m2 on three floors.

There are two master bedrooms on the first floor (one 180cm bed and one 160cm bed) each with shower, bathtub, dressing room and toilet.
An additional two guest bedrooms (11 and 12m2) on the second floor. One with a 160 cm bed and the other a 140 cm bed plus a living room, games room, bathroom with bathtub and separate toilets.
At the entrance to the house is a courtyard with space to park four vehicles. On the other side is a garden on three levels, facing south. It has an indoor/outdoor summer kitchen on a wood deck, a pétanque court and heated swimming pool (10 m2 and 1.60 m deep), a summer kitchen with refrigerator and gas barbecue.
