House rules
Parties are not allowed to preserve the peace and quiet of the neighborhood and the property. Pets are not allowed due to allergies and maintenance concerns.

Deposit and payments
A security deposit of €2,000 is required before arrival and returned after inspection of the property on departure. A 50% deposit is required by bank transfer upon signing the contract. For last-minute bookings full payment is required by instant bank transfer. The balance of your stay is due one month prior to check-in.
