An initial assessment will be conducted using photographs to determine alignment with our established criteria.
Step 2: Reply within 24 hours
We will get back to you by email or phone within 24 hours if your property meets our selection criteria.
This will be followed by a phone call to understand your expectations, constraints, and vision. Further questions about the property, its rental history (if any), and your profitability expectations.
If the property falls short of our standards, we will inform you honestly and may suggest improvements.
Step 3: Visit and meeting
Following a successful phone call, we will visit your property and meet in person.
Each room will undergo a comprehensive inspection, including an assessment of its overall condition, equipment, and decor. Notes will be taken to identify areas for improvement, followed by a discussion of your expectations alongside our standards.
This meeting helps assess how well we get along with each other. Establishing mutual trust is a fundamental component of this partnership.
Step 4: Incorporation into the portfolio
If your property is chosen, we will draft the concierge contract together.
Availability periods defined, pricing proposed from market research, included services listed (cleaning, linens, reception, concierge), plus management fees and practical info.
