This 550 m2 residence, completely renovated in 2023, in the cloistered town of Le Vésinet and is located a few minutes’ walk from the famous Parc des Ibis with its lake and its gourmet restaurant.
Nestled at the bottom of a dead-end street and enjoying absolute calm, you can choose between the gentle way of life in Le Vésinet and the hectic life of Paris, just 20 minutes to the Champs-Elysées by the RER A train.
The house is made up of a large, bright 60 m2 living room including a modern and equipped kitchen, a living room and a dining room for 10 people.
For the night, there are four suites, each with a shower room and WC.
You can also enjoy an indoor swimming pool and a jacuzzi while contemplating the landscaped garden.
You can relax after a swim in the outdoor lounge area or have lunch in the shade of century-old trees.
